Meet Rachel

Hey there! I’m Rachel Guzman, a proud Filipino American who was born in Hawaii and found my way to the bright lights of Las Vegas at the ripe old age of 15. Life’s been a rollercoaster ride ever since, filled with twists, turns, and plenty of unforgettable moments.

Back in April 2011, I met the love of my life, Joey - and let me tell you, it was like finding the missing piece of a jigsaw puzzle. Fast forward over 12 years of marriage, and we’re still going strong, tackling challenges together and celebrating all the victories, big and small.

Now, let me introduce you to the heart and soul of our family: Ryenn, our almost 12-year-old bundle of energy and curiosity. Her laughter is the soundtrack to our home, and with another little girl due to join us this August, our lives are about to get even more exciting!

Since my husband chose to serve our country in the Army, I’ve taken on the role of stay-at-home mom extraordinaire. It’s a job I absolutely adore, despite its chaotic moments. From managing deployments solo to finding community support wherever the Army sends us, every day brings something new and unexpected. Living the military life has taught me to roll with the punches and cherish the little victories along the way. Join me as I share stories, laughs, yummy recipes and maybe a few tips on navigating the crazy adventure of motherhood, military style, and everything else in between.
