Spicy Raw Marinated Crab
Korean Dish with Raw Crab Marinated in Salty, Sweet, & Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

2 lb. Raw Frozen Crab (blue/swimming crab)

Measure to taste Gochugaru

Measure to taste Minced Garlic
-
Measure to taste Minced Ginger

¼ cup green onions (chopped)

1 ½ tbsp. Sugar
-
¼ cup Fish Sauce
-
¼ cup Soy Sauce
-
Sprinkle Sesame Seeds
Preparation

Defrost and Clean Crab well.

Lightly crack and cut ends of crab legs (where there is no meat)

In a separate bowl mix the Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce, Green Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Sugar, and Sesame Seeds together, mix in Gochugaru little at a time while tasting to make sure that spice level is to your liking – A little goes a long way!

Coat each piece of crab generously, then place into a glass airtight container, then add remaining marinade into the container.

Refrigerate at least 6-8 hrs. or overnight (recommended for more flavor packed goodness).

Serve Plain, or with White Rice and Roasted Seaweed Sheets.
