Kalua Pork
Hawaiian Slow Roasted Pork

Ingredients
-
5-7 lbs. of Pork Butt
-
2 tsp. Salt
-
1 tsp. Pepper
-
1 ½ tbsp. Liquid Smoke
-
1 Head of Cabbage (sliced)
Preparation

Sear Pork Butt on skillet till browned on all sides.

Add Pork, Salt, Pepper, and Liquid Smoke to Crock Pot.
-
Cover and set on low for 8-12 hours
-
About an hour before serving add Sliced Cabbage, allow it to cook for the rest of the hour or till your liking.

Shred pork and mix prior to serving.
-
Pairs well over White Rice.
