Big Mac Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 97%  Lean Ground Beef

  • 510g Shredded Lettuce

  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes

  • ½ cup Diced Red Onion

Sauce

  • 42g Sugar Free Ketchup

  • 120g Light Mayo

  • 14g Mustard 

  • 25g Dill Relish 

  • 14g White Vinegar 

  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder 

  • ½ tsp. Garlic Salt 

  • ¼ tsp. Paprika

 

Preparation

  • Cook ground beef with no oil in pan

  • Prep Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients together, taste and modify as needed 

  • Mix all vegetables together with ground beef  and top with mac sauce. Enjoy
