Beer Bread

Ingredients

3 cups All Purpose Flour
-
3 tsp. Baking Powder
-
1 tsp. Salt
-
1 cup Sugar
-
12 oz. Beer (the choice is yours)

½ cup Butter (melted)
Preparation

Pre-Heat Oven to 375F. Grease loaf pan, you can also line it with parchment paper.

Mix together the Sifted Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar, and Beer together until well combined. **Sifting the flour is a MUST, to prevent from bread from being hard...we want a nice hearty bread not a biscuit lol**

Pour into loaf pan, and pour Melted Butter over the top.

Bake for 1 hour and allow it to cool for 15-20 min, best served warm.
