Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 3 tsp. Baking Powder 

  • 1 tsp. Salt 

  • 1 cup Sugar 

  • 12 oz. Beer (the choice is yours)

  • ½ cup Butter (melted)

Preparation

  • Pre-Heat Oven to 375F. Grease loaf pan, you can also line it with parchment paper.  

  • Mix together the Sifted Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar, and Beer together until well combined. **Sifting the flour is a MUST, to prevent from bread from being hard...we want a nice hearty bread not a biscuit lol**

  • Pour into loaf pan, and pour Melted Butter over the top. 

  • Bake for 1 hour and allow it to cool for 15-20 min, best served warm.
